WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideratiot/dMW }N and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Peconic,, Town of Southold', County of Suffolk and State -of New
York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set in the southeasterly line of the Main Road
distant 64.42 feet northeasterly as measured along said line from its
intersection with the northeasterly line of Bay Avenue, the said stake
marking the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Byer;
RUNNING THENCE along the Southeasterly side of the Main Road North
35 degrees, 44 minutes East, a -distance of 64.42 feet to an iron pipe
and land now or formerly of Moore;
THENCE along said land South 46 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds East,
a distance' of 180 feet to a stake and land now or formerly of Horton;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Horton, South 45 degrees

land now or formerly of Doroski;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Doroski, South 62 degrees
10 minutes 10 seconds West, 87.31 feet to land now or formerly of Richmond;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Richmond and Byer, the

(1) North 32 degrees 48 minutes 10 seconds West, 73.10 feet to a stake
(2) North 45 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West, 226.32 feet to the
southeasterly side of- the Main Road, and the point or place of Beginning.
