WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inkke at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Carroll Avenue where same
is intersected by the southeasterly side of land now or formerly of Levi Paul
Lindsay and Mazie Lindsay; said point being distant 134 feet southeasterly as
measured along the southwesterly side of Carroll Avenue from the southeasterly
side of land of the Long Island Railroad Company;
THENCE South 32° 50' 10" East along the southwesterly side of Carroll Avenue
84 feet to land now or formerly of Julia 0. Bell;
THENCE along said land of Bell, South 55° 05' 20" West 178 feet;
THENCE North 32' 50' 10" West 84 feet to the aforesaid land of Lindsay;
THENCE along said land of Lindsay, North 55° 05' 20" East 178 feet to the
southwesterly side of Carroll Avenue at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING And intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated 3/22/96, recorded 4/3/96 in Liber 11768 cp 880 in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
