10'1" x 33'6"greenhouse as follows:
• 10'1"x 33'6" x 4" epoxy coated concrete slab with 20' channel drain leading to
4'0' wide x 6'0" deep drywell.
• Greenhouse constructed of forest green powder coated aluminum frame and 10
mil polycarbonate panels.
• Water line run from Land Trust well for one exterior hose bib
• Electric run to greenhouse from Peconic Land Trust barn as follows:
o Electric meter placed on line
o Two (2) GFI outlets, one (1) at each end of greenhouse
o One (1) switch by entrance to power interior lighting
