A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order by President Enunons Dean at 1:30 P.M. on November 26, 1962 at the Town Clerk's Office. Present: Emmons Dean Frank Dawson John McNulty Philip Weiler Alvah Goldsmith Marion Regent Robert Tasker, Town Attorney Mr. George Mc)Mann presented to the Board the finished plans of the Marina on Hallock's Bay which was built by Edwin H. King of Orient, New York. The Board called the District Attorney's Office for information as to the time and place for a meeting with a representative of his office to discuss this matter, as suggested by Town Counsel Robert Tasker. Application of Harold & Ernest Wilsber~ for permission to dredge a canal extending westerly from the westerly channel in Goose Creek was considered. It was the decision of the Board that the applicants should submit to the Board suitable evidence of the consent of adjoining property owners before the Board can take action. Edward P. Bertero's application to tie a rowboat to the Town Dock in Mattituck Creek was approved by the Harbor Master, Thomas Reeve. Approved by Town Trustees. Fee 50¢ paid.
