September 24, 1962 at the Southold Town Clerk's Office, Southold, N.Y. Present: Emmons Dean, Frank Dawson, Philip Weiler, John McNulty, Alvah Goldsmith and Marion Regent. Mr. McMann, Attorney for Edwin King, appeared before the Board to inquire if the Board had acted upon the request of Mr. King for a permit to perform certain work in conn- ection with his property in Orient. He was advised by ~r. Dean that action on his request would most likely be taken at this meeting. Upon reviewing Mr. King's application, it was found that the plan submitted was not understandable and that it was apparent that much work had been done without permission and that this project was in violation of the Town Ordinance.
