premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.

ALI, that certain.plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Sixth Street distant 100.14 feet Southerly from the corner formed by the
East side of Sixth Street with the South side of Flint Street being where the same is intersected by the Southerly side of
land now or formerly of Barbara Strokoff;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East along said land of Ship and later along land' of
Lyburt, 166.14 feet to land now or formerly of Cox; .
RUNNING THENCE along said land, South 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West, 50.13 feet to land now or formerly of
Saladino;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 82 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds West, 166.14 feet to the Easterly side of
Sixth Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East along the Easterly side of Sixth Street, 50.07 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.

SCHEDULEA-1(Description)
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
