ASENATH FUCHS, residing at 19 Green Meadow Lane, Huntington, New York 11743
as executor of the last will and testament of ROY W. FUCHS, late of 19 Green Meadow Lane, Huntington,
New York 11743 wha died on the 12th day, of May, 2013 in Suffolk County and parry of the first part,
and
ASENATH FUCHS, residing at 19 Green Meadow Lane, Huntington, New York 11743
and SCOTT R. FUCHS, residing at 134 North Street, Ridgefield, Connecticut
06877, as Co-Trustees of the Disclaimer Trust administered under Article
Seventh of the Last Will and Testament dated June 19, 2012 of Roy W. Fuchs,
parry of the second part,
WITNESSETII, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the fusl pan by the Surrogate's Court,
Suffolk County, New York, on August 6, 2013 and by virtue of the power and authority given by mid last will and
testament, and(or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of One ($1.00) dollars, paid
by the party of the second pan, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the distributees or successors and
assigns of the parry of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being iR
tlw at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lots 49 and 50 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Laurel Park Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, Daniel R.
YOUNG E & S, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 5,
1926, as File No. 212."
SAID PREMISES being designated as District 1000, Section 127.00, Block 06.00,
Lot 010.000 on the Suffolk County Tax Map.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises described in deed dated February
18, 2010, and recorded on February 22, 2010 in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk in Liber D00012617, Page 032.
This deed sets forth and confirms the devise of the subject premises to the
Co-Trustees of the Disclaimer Trust administered under Article Seventh of the
Last Will and Testament dated June 19, 2012 of Roy W. Fuchs by virtue of the
renunciation dated December 19, 2013 by Asenath Fuchs, and filed with the
Suffolk County Surrogate's Court on January 7, 2014, as to a one-hundred
percent (100%) interest in the subject premises.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part, in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also the estate which the said
decedent had at the time of the decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has
or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the distribulecs or successors and assigns of the parry of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it reads "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
