the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
grunted unto the par ty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the putty ol'the first part covenants that the party of the first pan has nor done nr suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

DEED DESCRIPTION FOR ANN NEKERMAN TRANSFER
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York State, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of George Road, 260.0 feet
easterly along said northerly line from Grathwohl Road, said point of beginning being
the southeasterly corner of land of Orlowski;
THENCE, from said point of beginning running along said land of Orlowski and
along land of the party of the second part, North 31 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds
East 207.37 feet to an iron pipe and land of Calving Grathwohl;
THENCE along said land of Calvin Grathwohl, South 72 degrees 53 minutes 30
seconds East 60.14 feet to a monument;
THENCE along land of the party of the first part, two courses:
(1) South 11 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds East 6q0 feet;
(2) South 17 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West 145.0 feet to said
northerly line of George Road, thence along said northerly line, North 72 degrees 50
minutes 30 seconds West 140.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
