WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
in the at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being part of lots 6 and 7, as shown
on a certain map entitled: "Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation" as filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on 12/22/1930 as Map No. 539, which said part of lots when taken together, are bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the southerly line of Glenwood Road (Stoutenburg Road) at a point where the boundary
line between lots 5 and 6 shown on Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation intersects said road line and being 378.0
feet N.E. of Fleemeck Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said southerly line of Glenwood Road (Stoutenburg Road) North 57 degrees 37 minutes 00
seconds East 100.0 feet to lot number 8 shown on said map;
THENCE along Division line between lots 7 and 8 South 32 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East 154.81 feet to land of
'Ahlers;
THENCE along said land of Ahlers South 74 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds West 104.68 feet to lot number 5 shown on said
map;
THENCE along lot number 5 North 32 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds West 123.62 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by a certain deed dated 627/79 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office 716/79 in liber 8653 at page 509 of conveyances.
Said premises being known as and by the street address of 480 Glenwood Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the parry of the test part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the fast part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the some for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it
read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
