WITNESSETH, that the party ofthe first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
A.LI, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Hiawatha's Path
and the westerly side of Nokomis Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 05 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East by and along Nokomis
Road, 113.80 feet to land formerly of Gonzales and now of Leo Rauch and Jacqueline Nellie
Rauch, his wife;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, North 84 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West 114.50
feet to land now or formerly of Howard;
THENCE North 03 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West along said last mentioned land, 113.01
feet to the southerly side of Hiawatha's Path;
THENCE North 85 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 111.95 feet by and along Hiawatha's
Path, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENTED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by
deed dated August 28, 1981 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
September 9, 1981 in Liber 9066 page 237.

TOGETHER WITH any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches above mean high
water, jointly owned by the Laughing Water Property Owners Association or used jointly by all
Laughing Water Property Owners.
TOGETHER WITH and subject. to Covenants and Restrictions recorded in Liber 8021 page 292
and 5538 page 485.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
first above written.
