BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly side of an existing road or right of way known as "Traveled Road"
1126.65 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of said Traveled Road with the
southwesterly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West, 160.00 feet to land now or formerly of Toedter;
THENCE along said land, North 28 degrees 06 minutes West, 25 feet to a dredged canal;
THENCE along said dredged canal the following three (3) tie line courses and distances,
1. North 28 degrees 06 minutes West, 75 feet;
2. North 06 degrees I I minutes 40 seconds West, 129.08 feet; and
3. North 59 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East, 168.49 feet to land now or formerly of Joseph Correll;
THENCE South 14 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East along said land, 250 feet to the northerly side of the "Traveled
Road" and the point or place of BEGINNING.
