A reg~lar meeting of the Board of Southold Town Trustees was
held at 7:30 P.M., Monday, April 12, 1976, at the Town Board
meeting room, 16 South ~treet, Greenport, New York, with the
following present:

Also present: Lorraine & William Terry, Paul Stoutenberg, Robert
Olsen-North Fork Environm~mtal Council; Robert Rinklin-L.I. Traveler
Mr. Willism ~phnston presented the Trustees with proposal for quit
~/claim deed, meets and bounds description and survey of his property
in regard to his applications for 1. dredging 2. bulkheading and
filling at Fisherman's Beach, Cutchogue. Same to be tramsmitted
to the Town Attorney and Town Board for their ~pproval.
J~Pplication of John J. Hughes~ Jro for request for offshore mooring
t GulltPond, Greenport was further tabled. No amended plan was
received from the applicant.
~Aoplication of Noel J. Lutkowski for request for offshore mooring
~--at Gull Pond, G~-~nport was further tabled. No amended plan was
received from the applicant.
Application of Leonard Walters for offshore mooring at East Creek
J Cutchogue was f~rther t~led. A~ended ap~!ication to be submitted
for next meeting.
On motion of Mr; Robertson, seconded by Mr. Horton, it was
RESOLVED that AdamMysiewtez, Pine Tree Road, Cutchogue, N.Y. be
~/GRANTED permission for offshore mooring at Litt~ Creek, Cutchogue,
N.Y. Fee paid $5.00

On motion of Mr. Goldsmith, seconded bY Mr. Hataier, it was
~RNESOLVED that Thomas M. Sanderson, 2659 Pine Tree Road, Cutchogue,
.Y..be GRANTED permission for offshore mooring at LittKe Creek,
Cutchogue, N.Y. Fee paid $5.00
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton,
Mr. Bird, Mr. Hataier.
On motion of Mr. Horton, seconded by Mr. Bird, it was
~RESOLVED that HOalmar G. Torlund, Pine Tree Road, Cutchogue, N.Y. be
GRANTED permission to place offshore mooring at Little Creek,
Cutchogue, N.Y. Fee paid $5.00

for further investigation and inspection of the property.

was tabled for determination of whether or not applicant has deeded
righ~-~ for clarification of intent of application.

or onshore-offshore mooring at Wickham Creek, Cutchogue, N.Y. was
tabled for investigation and inspection of property.
Mr. George Case-~ Mr. Wilbur A. Baldwin~ and Mr. Henry Steinbrecher
~a~ the~Nassau Point Property Owners Assoc. regarding the blockage
Haywater Cove due to the "let go" of a bulkhead built by
Dr~ Thos. Smauels. Mr. Golsmith advised them that the Board would
be down to inspect this on Saturday, April 17th.
The Board requested that the secretary advise anyone applying for a
bulkhead'that they may need the Dept. of Environmental Conservation,
State approval.
Mr~ Goldsmith advised the Board that John Wickham is planning to
~purchase the Fleet property at Cutchogue and that he may require a
quit claim deed from the Town.
On motion of Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Bird, it was
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Board of Southold Town TruZtees,
dated March 8, 1976 be approved as submitted.

RESOLVED that the next regular meeting of the Board of Southold
