erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, hounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point marked by a concrete monument on the southwesterly side of Bayview
Avenue distant 330.0 feet northwesterly as measured along the southwesterly side of Baw'iew
Avenue from a point formed by the. intersection of the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue
with the prolongation of the northerly side of Colony Road, if extended southwesterly to the
southwesterly side of Bayview .Avenue;
Running thence South 60 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West 186.42 feet, more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Arshamomaque Pond;
