of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwest side of Middle Road (CR
27) distant 995.32 feet southwesterly from Moores Lane No. which said
point of beginning is also where the westerly line of land of Macomber
intersects the northwesterly side of Middle Road (CR 27);
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of Middle Road
(CR 27) South 55 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds west 143.09 feet to land of
Speeches;
THENCE along land of Speeches the following three courses and
distances;
