situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk; State of New York;
AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE SCHEDULE A ATTACHED HERETO AND
MADE A PART HEREOF.
MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 130 CLEAVES POINT ROAD, EAST MARION, NEW YORK.
TOGETHER with al I right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose.

AMENDED DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as plot No. 4 on a certain map entitled "Map of Marion
Manor, situate at East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, NY, surveyed November 25,
1952 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, licensed surveyors, in Greenport, NY, owned and developed
by Peter Blank & Son, East Williston, LI, NY" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
March 18, 1953 as Map No. 2038 being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Cleaves Point Road which point is the
intersection of the northeasterly corner of Lot 4 with the northwesterly corner of Lot 3 on the
above mentioned referenced filed map;
RUNNING THENCE from the point of beginning south 25 degrees 08' 50" east 256.65 feet to a
tie line along the ordinary high water mark of Gardiners Bay;
RUNNING THENCE along the said tie line south 40 degrees 53' 53" west 87.54 feet;
RUNNING THENCE north 25 degrees 08' 50" west 100 feet to the southerly side of Cleaves Point
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Cleaves Point Road north 64 degrees 51' 10" east
80 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
