WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to Resolution Number 1051-2013
adopted bythe Suffolk County Legislature on November 19, 2013 and, thereafter, approved by
the County Executive on November 29, 2013, in consideration of Seventy Eight Thousand
($78,000.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

September 22, 2010, from Angie M. Carpenter, the County fie'aeurer of Suffolk County, New

any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot #28 on a certain map entitled "Map of Green Acres at Orient" and filed
in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on April 13, 1962 as Map No. 3540; said lot being more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Greenway East, said point or place of beginning being distant 596.11 feet
Northerly as measured along the Easterly side of Greenway East, from the corner formed by the intersection of the
Northerly side of Parkview Lane with the Easterly side of Greemvay East;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the Easterly side of Greenway East North 06 degrees 43
minutes 10 seconds West 110.00 feet to the division line between lots 27 and 28 as shown on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 83 degrees I 1 minutes 50 seconds East 190.00 feet to land now or
formerly of Latham;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 06 degrees 48 minutes 10 seconds East 1 10.00 feet; and
THENCE South 83 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds West 190.00 feet to the Easterly side of Greenway East, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
