The Southold Town Trustees met at the Town Clerk Office, Southold,
on Monday, June 16, 1969, at 7:30 P.M. with the following present:
Alvah B. Goldsmith, George Simpson, John F. McNulty, Douglas Robertson,
Frank Dawson and Marion Regent, Secretary.
Permits were signed by the Trustees.
Application of Thomas B. Reeve for the Mattituck Park District to
place stakes or pipes to anchor the swim net was returned when it
was ascertained that these were to be placed in Peconic Bay. The
Trustees have no jurisdiction o~er the bay.
Application of Daniel J. Falk, Oak Ave, Goose Bay Estates, to place a 14
ft. boat off shore in Goose Creek in front of property owned by
Frank H. Fonda was approved. A letter of approval from Mr. Fonda
is on file in the office. Fee $1.00.
Application of .
Mattituck, in
~pproved. Fee
Joseph Zulewski,Jr. to put a stake in Peters Creek,
front of property of Thomas B. Reeve, Mattituck, was
$1.00.
Application of Ann G. Baydala, Goose Bay Estates, to use stake ~7 or
~8 on the Goos~ Bay Civic Assoc. Map, in front of MS Trownsell was
granted, subject to approval by M~ Trownsell. Fee $1.00.
