MEETING OF DECEMBER
A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was held at the Town Clerk
Office on Monday, December 2, 1968 at ~:30 P.M. with the following
present: Alvah B. Goldsmith, Frank Dawson, George Simpson, John F.
McNulty and Douglas Robertson and M~rion Regent, Secretary.
Minutes of the previous meeting of November 16, 1968 were read and
approved.
The proposed agreement drawn up by Attorney Richard F. Lark between Wil.liam
and Reqina Victoria and the Board of Trustees, Town of Southold, was read
and discussed. Mr. Robertson referred the proposed agreement to Attorney
Robert Tasker for his &xamination and approval. Mr. Tasker returned it
and agreed with the Trustees that everything seemed to be in order. Mr. ·
Goldsmith, Chairman of the Town ~ru~tees, William Victoria and Regina
Victoria signed the Agreement stating that within sixty (60) days from
the date of the agreement Mr. and Mrs. Victoria would remove bog and loam,
and grade on a 1:3 slope back from the proposed high water mark of Corey
Creek as shown on a survey for William and Regina Victoria dated October
31, 1968, and prepared by ~obert A. Kart, Land Surveyor. One copy of
this agreement was forwarded to Attorney Richard Lark.
Boundary line agreements between the following parties and the Town
Trustees, Town of Southold, in relation to land on Mattituck Creek
deposited in front of said properties as a result of dredging by
the County of Suffolk were received by the Trustees:
1. Rosalie W. Lahmann and Herman F. Wahlen and wife.
2. Michael J. Schula~ and wife and Herman G. Wahlen and wife.
Also received were proposed grants to Whalen and Schulam.
These were all agreed upon and signed by the Trustees.
