An application received ~y the Corps of Engineers from Robert Kopple for a Department of the Army permit to construct a timber jetty in Southold B~y was discussed. The Trustees object to this project because of the interference to navigation and a potential cause of shallowing of the adjacent areas, particularly with creek channels dredged by the Town and County.
