The Southold Town Trustees met at the Town Clerk Office, Southold, N.Y.
on Monday, March 4, 1968 with the following present: Alvah B. Goldsmith,
Frank Dawson, John F. McNulty, George Simpson, Douglas Robertson and
Marion Regent, Secretary.
Mr. & Mrs. Rudolph GeorGe Mueller of Westview Avenue, Mattituck, N.Y.
appeared before the Board with an application to extend their present
dock approximately 25 feet longer than the original permit granted
(Permit ~432) ~ Permit granted. Fee $12.50.
Application dated January 15, 1968 of Auqust Bohn requesting permit to
remove 725 Cu. yd. was amended at his request to read 440 cu. yad.
The fee was reduced from $29.00 to $17.60.
Applications of Otto Macomber and Dr. Walter Kaczmarczyk of Goose Bay
Estates for stakes in Goose Creek will be reviewed by Mr. Robertson
and processed at the next meeting of the Town Trustees.
A letter was sent to Mr. Mastrosimone informing him that the Town
Attorney is in the process of drawing up a boundary line agreement
in accordance with the survey already agreed upon.
Attorney Lark from William Wickham's Office met with the Trustees to
acquaint himself with the case against William Victoria. After a lengthy
discussion, it was decided that the Board would inspect the area again
since some erosion has taken place and that Mr. Lark would obtain more
information on the County dredging. The Trustees will then meet with Mr.
Lark again. ~

The following applications were received fDr permits in the Goose
Creek Area:
Goose Bay Civic Association Inc. for a permit for the existing two-level
dock and ramp~ Permit granted without charge since this dock was in
existance in 1957 prior to date of Ordinance. C~o ~ C~L~
Frank H. Fonda, Oak Avenue, Goose Bay Estates, for stakes in Goose
Creek in front of his property in accordance with application-Fee $1.00.
Joseph W. Drooqan,~ak Ave., Goose Bay Estates, for two moorings in
front of property~ Frank Fonda, in accordance with application-Fee $1.00.
J. Elv~ Lawson, Goose Bay Estates, for existing dock and two mooring
stakes3 A permit for the dock (4'6"x16')only was issued. The Trustees
feel that anyone having a dock can use it for mooring until such time
as all the owners of property in Goose Bay 8states other than those on
the waterfront find space for their boats to be moored. Fee for dock-
$8.00, paid. ~o~ C~¢~
Emma T. Smith, Oak Avenue, Southold, to establish and maintain new dock
and two mooring posts in Goose Creek. A permit for the dock only (30'x4')
was issued. Fee $15.00. The permit for stakes will be held until it
can be determined if there is enough space for all owners of property
in Goose Bay Estates to moor their boats.
Frank F. Hundley to erect a dock and one m~oring post in Goose Creek.
A permit for the dock only (4'x32') was granted. Fee $5.00. The permit .
for stake will be held ~ntil it can be ~etermined if there is enough 3 ·
space for all owners of property in Goose Bay Estates ro moor their
boats in Goose Creek. ~
Alfred F. Weimann, to install a stake in Goose Creek in front of
property of Frank Hundley 45' west of Goose Creek Association dock, ~
in accordance with sketch on application. Granted-Fee .50 paid. ,~
Otto Macomber, Pine Avenue, Goose Bay Estates, to install one stake ~.~
30 feet west of the Goose Creek Association dock. Fee .50 paid.
Dr. Walter Kaczmarczyk, Pine Avenue, Goose Bay Estates, to place stakes
for boat in Goose Creek. Permit granted for second choice on application
submitted which is 15 feet from the easterly boundary of Goose Bay Estates
~~ Fee $1.00.
Robert W. Gilles~ie, Goose Bay Estates, to erect a dock (4' x 32') and
~ mooring post in Goose Creek in front of~his property. Permit was ~
granted for dock only, the stake application being held until it can ~
be determined if there is enough space for all owners of property in ~
Goose Bay Estates to m~r their boats. Fee $16
