Alvah B. Goldsmith
Marion Winters
Permits to Phillip Betz, Frederic Ric~, Jeanette C. Goldsmith,
and Alvah B. Goldsmith were signed by the Board.
A fee o~ $ 10.'00'wss voted to apply to the permit of Frederic
P. Rich.
The Permits granted to Alvah B. Goldsmith and Jeanette C.
Goldsmith were issued to cover the legal requirements of the
action taken by the Board of Town Trustees on Eebruary 13,
1940 at which time the applica~ieno6f the petitioners was
granted but the formal papers were not then completed. These
legal forms confirm the action of t~e Board of Trustees on that
date.
It was agreed by all present that the clerk confer with
Supervisor Klipp about the proposed dredging and improving
of Mattituck Creek - that Mr. Kllpp advise the County ~ngineer
that this Board is in accord with the proposed improvements
and that they will grant the necessary permits without fee
upon presentation of the proposed plans.
A check in the amount of $%0.00 from Mr. A. L. R. Francisco
was returned to him as the records of the Board of Trustees
showed that this charge was paid by Mr. Francisco on April
7, 1951+·
The minutes were read and approved.
The meeting adjourned at 5 P.M.
