Quitclaim Deed
THIS INDENTURE,
made the 10`h day of May, Two Thousand Thirteen (2013) between
Miro Radovich and Marina Radovich, residing at 400 Budd's Pond Road, Southhold, New
York 11971, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and
Miro Radovich and Marina Radovich, residing at 400 Budd's Pond Road, Southhold, New
York 11971, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), as Trustees, of floe Marina Radovich Revocable
Living Trust dated March S, 2013.
WITNESSETH that the Grantor, inconsideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) lawful
money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does
hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever,
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDDLE "A"
BEING the same premises conveyed to Miro Radovich and MarinaRadovich by deed dated
May 4, 2001 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 18, 2001 in Liber 12119, at
Page 135.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to
said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs,
executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
This deed is given without covenant, representation or warranty by Grantor, whetherexpress
or implied, and without recourse against Grantor in any possible event.
Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Grantor will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement before using any part
of the total of the same for any other purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has duly executed this deed on the date first above
written.

lying and being uuaka at Arshcmomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, known and designated as Lot Number 16,on map entitled "Map of Sub-division
Willow Point", filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 06/16/66 as Map Nurdxr 4652,
which is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Budd's Pond Road distant 275.00 feet-
easterly from the easterly end of the arc of a curve connecting the southerly side of
Budd's Pond Road and the easterly side of Bay Home Road;
