A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to
order at the Southold Town Clerk's Office, Southold, at 4:00
P.M. on Monday, October 28, 1963.

Minutes of the special meeting of Sept. 17 were read for infor-
mation.
Application of EDWIN H. KING for permission to erect a 50 ft.
bulkhead along the westerly side of his property on Narrow
River Road, Orient, was read and the application was approved.
Fee $12.50 based on 25 cents per foot.
Application of Mr. Irving W. Schaef, Sr. and wife for permission
to dredge in front of their property on Jockey Creek, Southold
was received together with letters of consent from adjoining
property owner~~ on each side of the Schaef property. Applic~tion
approved. Fee Based on an estimated 250 cu. yds to be dredged
~ .04 per cu. yd. -- $10.00.
Application of Mr. CARL DISTENFELD , previously submitted, was
approved, the Board having received s letter of consent from
Mr. CBS Mart. 150 cu. yds. to be excavated ~ .04-Fee $6.00.
Application of 9ak Beach ~ealty Corporation and Southold
Realty Corpor~ion (Ralph G. Reed, Jr.) for permission to
dredge their own property on Cedar Beach Inlet and Harbor was
received. The Board appointed Alvah B. Goldsmith to meet with
Mr. Ralph Reed, Jr. to determine the details of this proposed
work before taking action.
