All that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Mattitudk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bang the
easterly 30 feet of Lot 63 and the westerly 25 feet of Lot 62 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of
Mattituck Heights Property of Gustav Bayer at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York", made and
surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl, surveyor of Greenport New York, and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 24,1935 as Map No. 1184, said premises bang further bounded and described as
follows: On the North 55 feet by Bayer Road; on the West 150 feet by land of Tyler; on the South 55 feet
by Plot D as described on said map; on the East 150 feet by the party of the fast part.
TOGETHER with all the right, tide and interest of the party of the fast part of, in and to Bayer Road,
adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with the use in common with others of a right of way 8 feet wide to and from Wickham
Avenue to Long Creek, a branch of Mattitudk Bay, to pass and repass on foot only, said right of way
commencing at the northerly junction of Middle Road and Wickham Avenue at a concrete monument,
naming in a westerly direction eight (8) feet, then running in a northerly direction 130 feet parallel with
the boundary of Hubert W. Mem and Gustav Bayer, to mean highwater mark of Long Creek; dlenoe

southerly direction along the western boundary line of Hubert W. Klein 130 feet to a concrete monument,
