consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York known and
designated as Lot No. 4 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section Number 1, Laurel Estates East" filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 04104/85 as map No. 7870, said lot being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Aldrich Lane, distant 300 feet northerly from the corner formed by
the intersection of the northerly side of Mattituck Park District with the easterly side of Aldrich Lane:
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Aldrich Lane North 34 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West,
100.00 feet to the division line of Lot 5 and 4 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along said division line North 55 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds East, 400.00 feet;
THENCE South 34 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.00 feet to the division line of Lot 3 and 4 on the
above mentioned map.
THENCE along said division line South 55 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West, 400.00 feet to the easterly side
of Aldrich Lane and the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 12/22/2008 and
recorded on 12131/2008 in Liber 12576 Page 438.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
