BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Olejule Lane distant 387.64 feet northerly, when measured along the same,
from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Olejule Lane with the northerly side of Kraus Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Olejule Lane:
1. North 14 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West, 44.18 feet; and
2. North 4 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East, 186.22 feet;
THENCE South 81 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East, along the southerly side of Olejule Lane and land now or
formerly of Van Deusen, 273.86 feet;
