Meeting called to order by President Tabor. Directors present Tabor~ Dean Horton McNulty Mr. F.H. Robinson, Co~odore of Southold Yacht Club, Inc. was present and presented an application requesting permission to remove sand from alo~ the Easter side of Mill Creek for the purpose of depositing same on the adjacent Southold Yacht Club property known as the Dike. After looking at the map of the Yacht Club property and discussing the same, the Trustees visited the property of Yacht Club with Sonn~odore Robinson s_ud the Trustees agreed that the work contemplated would improve the appearance of the property. A motion made by S. W. Horton and seconded by Emmons Dean granting permission as reGuested in the application was carried and Clerk McNulty was i~struc~d to take the matter up with Town Council Mr. Terry and have the necessary papers drawn up.
