Meeting called to order by President Fred Tabor.

Organized as follows:
Fred Tabor - President
C.J. McNulty - Clerk & Treasurer
Mr. C.H. Wickham of Mattituck was present and presented a
petition requesti$9 permission to build a bridge over a small
stream of water thEt runs through his property known as Laughing
Waters he,ar Peconic Bay~ Southold. Said petition requests
permission to do some dredging.

At suggestions of La%~er George C. Terry decision was reserved
until To~..~ Board acted on exception of ormdoe. Meeting adjourned
to call of Clerk.

Southold Town T~usteos pe~ission to dredge
or fill to the extent of fifty feet on the
creek or channel bottom and cut channels if
need be through any meadow lands o~ned by ~-
self, by rights of t~e Co~=~oners deeds to this
meadow and bottoms at Corey's Creek at Sou-
t~old, L. i., now known as "LaughinZ Yfater".

beach, this bridge to be six foot clearance
above mean high water and bents to be ten feet
apart so as not to obstruct in an~ way any boat
t~at might be able to travel in shallow water.
