Meeting called to order by President Fred Tabor. Directors present:Tabor Dean Davis Horton McNulty Organized as follows: Fred Tabor - President C.J. McNulty - Clerk & Treasurer Mr. C.H. Wickham of Mattituck was present and presented a petition requesti$9 permission to build a bridge over a small stream of water thEt runs through his property known as Laughing Waters he,ar Peconic Bay~ Southold. Said petition requests permission to do some dredging. Mr. Wickham Application attached on this page. At suggestions of La%~er George C.
