Question of request of Theron Worth was again discussed.
Letter of consent from adjoining property owners had been
submitted by Mr. Worth and was read.
Town Council Terry suggested that if permission was to be
granted it should be in the form of a specific written and
acknowledged request and that the permit should be signed by
adjoining property owners and acknowledged by them also. It
was agreed that the necessary papers would be prepared by Town
Council if Mr. Worth so desired~ and that definite action
would be taken at the next meeting of the Trustees on April
~, 19~8.
A request from Gerald Hommel~ East Marion was read by
President Dean. He requested an area of 300 feet west of
Dam Pond~ East Marion for planting seed clams. This area
is north of the Benjamin Property on Dam Pond. After Dis-
cussion it was decided to lay the matter on the table'until
t_~e next meeting.
At this point~ Mr. Gerald Hommel appeared before the
Board and described and outlined on the assessors map the area
in which he was interested. Ee stated that this area did not
contain any clams at this time. Mr. Hommel was told that the
matter would be taken up for further discussion at the next
meeting and action taken at that time if possible.
Minutes read and approved. Meeting was adj~ed at 2:~0 p.m.
