by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and known
and designated as Plots Nos. 43 and 44 in Block C as shown on a
certain map made July 22, 2930 by Daniel E. Young, P.C. and L.S.
entitled, "Map of Reydon Shores, Inc. , Bayview, L.'I . , N.Y. and in
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 1 , 1931 as
Map No. 631 which lots in said block when taken together are bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Oak Drive distant
257.85 feet Westerly and Northerly from the extreme Northerly end of
a curve connecting the Southerly side of Oak Drive with the Westerly
TAX MAP side of Reydon Drive;

on said map, in common with Reydon Shores, 'Inc. and with others who
now have or hereafter may acquire rights in the same, subject, how-
ever, to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect-,to the
use thereof as the said Reydon Shores, 'Inc. may from time to time
put into effect.
