The Southold Town Trustees met at the Town Clerk's Office on Friday, February 10, 1967 at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Alvah B. ~oldsmith, Douglas Robertson, Frank Dawson, John McNulty Sr. and Marion Regent, Sec. Application of Raymond J. Kenney to dredge by crane in East Eugene Creek was further discussed by the Board. No action aaken. Application of Henry J. Smith to dredge in Corey Creek was further discussed. A letter was received from John D. Hallock for Lillian Hallock who owns the land next easterly of prop- erty of Mr. Smith, stating that Mrs. Hallock would not permit of any dredging or disturbance of any part of her property. No action was taken by the Trustees. Application of William Beebe and Richard E. Young to dredge with crane south of Wilson Landing in Eugene's Creek, Cutchogue, was discussed. No action was taken by the Board pending inspection ~ the area involved. ~ne Trustees have not taken any affirmative action on application of Georqe Ahlers and Barbara Rubin to dredge existing gutter in Jockey Creek. A letter was received from the Planning Board stating that the B(~d was not in favor of granting this permit. A letter to this effect was sent to Mr. Ahlers and Barbara Rubin on Feb. 14, 1967. Application of Russell B. Case for Frank E. Case Est. to improve Cedars ~olf Course by dredging in gutter in upper reaches from West Creek was read and will be investigated by the Board before a decision is made. Adjournment was at 3:30 P.M.
