A regUlar meeting of the Board of TOwn Trust~es was held at'

Chairman Goldsmith called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.

Peter Bogovic.should indicate that the mooring was to belocated
in Goose Creek rather than Jockey Creek. The Board will review
the application of Peter Bogovic at a future'date.

for an onshore stake with pulleM~line to buoy anchored by a 100

On motion made by Mr. Hataier, seconded by Mr. Bird, it was
RESOLVED to approve the application of Hi A.. Bocyek for an
erosion control bulkhead or retaining wall in place of stone
revetment above MHWmark and all spartina alternaflora to conform
.to the contours of the upland in Mud Creek off private property
of the applicant.

Bird and Hataier.
On motion made by Mr. Bird, seconded by Mr. Hataier, it was
RESOLVED to approve the application of James C. Brown to
build a catwalk or dock on private property of the applicant
extending to about low water mark in East Creek.

than 20 feet from the bulkheading.

Orient Creek, with the permission of Mr. Tuthill.

On motion made by Mr. Hataier, seconded by Mr. Horton, it was
RES0~VED 'to reSarve dec~sion on the appiication of the
Suffolk County Department of Public Works for proposed maintenance
dredging at Wickham Creek for further investigation. Request is
made that the plan of dreding be revised to go no further than
station 25 and the ~spoil be placed on the east side in front'~of
the'Fleets Neck area.

The application of Clara B0erknes has been'tabled again as
no further information has been forthcoming.

RESOLVED to deny the application of David 'J. Zazeskifor an
offshore stake at the intersection of Route 27A and Westphalia
Road in. Mattituck Creek because of the congestion in the area.

A letter from Ms. Lorraine Dunhuber .was discussed in which
she complained of work being done on the Simonsenproperty at
Mud Creek. -The Board'directed that a lei'ret be written to' the
Simonsens requesting that'they Advise'theB6a~d 6f Town-Trustees
as to when a meeting can be arranged to discuss this situation.
They can c0ntact'Mr. Hataier. .
Mr. Prado inquired as to what can be done about trees that
have toppled~into'the creeksl Mr. Goldsmith feels it'is'the
responsibility of the property oWner.
Mrs. Prado asked about dredging'the mouth of Gull Pond~
She was told to inform the Supervisor of this.
MrsJ Adler complained about beach buggies on Cedar Beach
as the barrier is now broken. This is probably a countymatter
and Mr. Goldsmith will contact them.about it.
Mr. Falconer complained about road drainage that is going
into th8 Creek in the vicinity of StillWater Avenue~ Cutchogue.
He was adviSed tb discuss this matter with the Supt. 8f Highways.
Mr. Goldsmith declared the minutes of the special meeting
of May 6, 1977 approved. '--. .
Motion was made by Mr. Bird, seconded by Mr. Horton and
carried to adjourn'the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
