Request is made that the plan of dreding be revised to go no further than station 25 and the ~spoil be placed on the east side in front'~of the'Fleets Neck area. vote of the Board:. Vote of the Board: Horton and Bird Wes: Goldsmith, Robertson, Hataier~ A letter from Ms. Lorraine Dunhuber .was discussed in which she complained of work being done on the Simonsenproperty at Mud Creek. -The Board'directed that a lei'ret be written to' the Simonsens requesting that'they Advise'theB6a~d 6f Town-Trustees as to when a meeting can be arranged to discuss this situation. They can c0ntact'Mr. Hataier. . Mr. Prado inquired as to what can be done about trees that have toppled~into'the creeksl Mr. Goldsmith feels it'is'the responsibility of the property oWner. Mrs. Prado asked about dredging'the mouth of Gull Pond~ She was told to inform the Supervisor of this. MrsJ Adler complained about beach buggies on Cedar Beach as the barrier is now broken. This is probably a countymatter and Mr. Goldsmith will contact them.about it. Mr. Falconer complained about road drainage that is going into th8 Creek in the vicinity of StillWater Avenue~ Cutchogue. He was adviSed tb discuss this matter with the Supt. 8f Highways. Mr. Goldsmith declared the minutes of the special meeting of May 6, 1977 approved. '--. .
