RESOLVED to approve the application of Donald C. DeLalla to
place a 150 lb. mushroom mooring off private property of the
applicant at MudCreek with the provision that the mooring be
placed in shallow water.

On motion made'by Mr. Hataier, seconded'by M~.' Robertson~ it was
RESOLVED to' approve the application of Port of Egypt Enter-
prises, Inc. to install a 450 foot floating dock with 20 fingers
attached subject to' .the provision that no boats moored will extend
into the channel so as to interfere with navigation and, '~in the
event this occurs, modification will be made.

RESOLVED to approve the application of Peter Bogovic to place
a floating dock off private property of the applicant at Goose
Creek.

The Superintendent of Highways is to be contacted by the Board of
Town Trustees as to what can be done to protect the abutment to
the bridge at Goose-Creek especially at the southwest side of the
prOPerty of Peter Bogovic as erosion is taking place.in the~'area.

RESOLVED to approve the application of Nicholas Dapcic to
place anonshore-offshore.mooring off publmi~ property on Goose
Creek subject to the applicant furnishing the Roard of Town
Trustees the size, type and number of the boat being moored.

RESOLVED to recommend to' t~e Southold Town Board approval of
Wetlands Application #32 of Albert L. DeLauro for permission to
extend and re-enforce'bulkhead return to prevent erosion'of soil
into ~hannel, approximately 20 cubic yards of fill to res2ore
original grade at Town Harbor'.

On motion made by Mr. Horton, seconded by Mro Bird, it was
RESOLVED to table the apPlication of Jo'anne Bo McSherry for
permission to 'place a floating dock off Private property Of the
applicant at Broadwater Cove~'for further examination and information.
It is recommended the dock be limited to 32' feet in length and a
diagram be submitted to show the exact location on the property.

On motion made by Mro Horton, seconded by Mr. Bird, it was
RESOLVED to table the application of Charles Berner for
permission to construct a dock and float on private property of
the applicant at Mapes Creek. Mr° Berner is to be advised to
contact Mr. Bird and Mr. Horton so a meeting can be arranged to
inspect the property.

Mr. Hataier reported that he had inspected the Simonson and Robbins
properties and all obstructions had been removed. A letter is to
be sent to Mr.' Robbins and Mrs. Simonson indicating that the
inspection by the Board of Town Trustees shows that they have
complied with the request of the Board in a very satisfactory manner.
The Board appreciates their cooperation.

Trustees direct a letter to the Department of E~vironmental
Conservation requesting that amcheck be made of Stifling Harbor-
as tothepossibility of opening it for shellfishing after
December lst~until May.31st. The Board agreed~wi~h. Mr.
.Stoutenburgh's request.
