WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

RUNNING THENCE along the southwesterly side of Minnehaha Boulevard the
following two courses and distances:
1. South 34 degrees 13 minutes East 47.10 feet to a monument;
2. South 26 degrees 08 minutes East 52.90 feet to a monument and land now or
formerly of Kelly;
THENCE South 64 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West along said last mentioned
land 172.48 feet to a monument and land formerly of Birch, now or formerly of Sullivan;
THENCE North 11 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds West along said last mentioned
land 64.00 feet to a monument and land formerly of Knapp, now or formerly of
McCarrick;
THENCE North 47 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West along said last mentioned
land 11.10 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Boedecker;
THENCE North 54 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East along said last mentioned land
