IN PRESENCE OF: rn ott-s�Ge..e�le� ��e t 11946K249 SCHEDULE A All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, known and designated as part of Lots 11 and 12 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Re-Subdivision of Block P of Map of Reydon Shores at Bayview, L.I.,N.Y., which re-subdivision was made by Lewis N. Waters, L.S. of Oyster Bay, L.I.,N.Y., September 2nd, 1936 and which said map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 7, 1936, as Map No. 1215 and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Reydon Drive distant 154.30 feet northeasterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Lake Drive with the easterly side of Reydon Drive; RUNNING THENCE North 40 degrees 05 minutes East along the easterly side of Reydon Drive for a distance of 64.20 feet; THENCE South 82 degrees 34 minutes 45 seconds East along the division line between Lot 12 and Lot 13 for a distance of 263.55 feet; THENCE South 35 degrees 39 minutes West for a distance of 40 feet; THENCE South 80 degrees 18 minutes 25 seconds West for a distance of 120.63 feet; THENCE North 76 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds West for a distance of 164.81 feet to the easterly side of Reydon Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress in,to and over Reydon Drive to the nearest public highway. TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing all that portion of beach lying in front of Section A and B, a shown on said Map, in common with Reydon Shores, Inc. and with others who may now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof as Reydon Shores, Inc. may from time to time put into effect. TOGETHER with a right of way over the roads, highways, streets or lanes as shown on said map and over a road or highway knows as Reydon Drive, which runs through other property of Reydon Shores Inc., said right to be in common with said Reydon Shores Inc. and with others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same, but it is expressly understood and agreed that Reydon Shores Inc, reserves to itself, its successors and assigns the title to the land lying in the bed of all of said road, called Reydon Drive, and the right to make improvements and to lay, erect and maintain water, gas, electric and telephone system thereon and thereunder, in all of said road, streets, highways or lanes shown on said map and on the original map of"Reydon Shores". TOGETHER with all the rights, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to that portion of the bulkhead along the easterly line of said premises.
