Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672, said lot being bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Central Drive distant 389.71 feet
westerly from the extreme westerly end of the arc of a curve that connects the westerly
side of Inlet Drive with the northerly side of Central Drive, said point of beginning also
being where the division line between lot no. 93 and lot no. 94 on the above mentioned
map intersects the said northerly side of Central Drive;

minutes 30 seconds West, 90.00 feet to the division line between lot no. 94 and 95 as
