PARCEL 1
ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows :
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
northwesterly side of a right of way with the southwesterly side
of Bayview Road; running thence from said point or place of
beginning along the northwesterly side of said right of way South
250 56 ' 50" West 150 . 00 feet; running thence North 640 03 ' 10"
West 111 . 72 feet to the southeasterly side of land now or
formerly of Norma Spencer; thence along said last mentioned land
North 240 22 ' 50" East 150 . 06 feet to the southwesterly side of
Bayview Road; and thence along the southwesterly side of Bayview
Road South 640 03 ' 10" East 115 . 82 feet to the point or place of

BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of a 30 foot
right of way, said point or place of beginning being also distant
150 . 00 feet southwesterly as measured along the northwesterly
side of said right of way from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southwesterly side of Bayview Road with the
northwesterly side of said right of way; running thence from said
point or place of beginning along said right of way the following
3 courses, curves and distances : (1) South 250 56 ' 50" West
340 . 00 feet; (2) Northwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing
to the right having a radius of 40 . 00 feet a distance of 90 . 63
feet; (3) North 240 14 ' 10" West 77 . 32, feet to the southeasterly

at an iron pipe set on the northwesterly line of another 30 foot

along said northwesterly line from its intersection with the

westerly and then northwesterly along the southerly and
southwesterly boundary line of the premises hereinabove

of way is concentric with and parallel to the above described
