Alfred H. Klopfer Qualified Personal Residence Retained Income
Trust Agreement of 1999, dated the 8th day of January, 1999, with
full power and authority to either protect, conserve and to sell,
lease, encumber, or otherwise dispose of the real property

of Florida, and ANDREA PARSON, a married person, of the County of
Pinellas, State of Florida, Party of the Second Part, whose mailing
address is: 31250 Singletary Road, Myakka City, FL 34251,

That the said Party of the First Part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to them in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold and transferred, and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell and transfer unto the said Party of the Second Part all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, more particularly described as follows:
