paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

certain map entitled, "Map of Subdivision for Mattituck Estates Inc. , Mattituck, Town
Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y. May 5, 1965, July 19, 1965, Alden W. Young, Professio
al Engineer and Land Surveyor, N.Y.S. Lic. No. 12845, Riverhead, N. Y." and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Sept. 8, 1965 as File No. 4453,
which said lot and part of lot are more particularly bounded and described as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Meadow Lane Distant 185.73 feet
southerly from the extreme southerly end of the arc connecting the southwesterly side
of Cardinal Drive with the westerly side of Meadow Lane; running thence South 06° 37'
50" West along the westerly side of Meadow Lane, a distance of 125 feet; thence North
830 22' 10" West, 200 feet to land now or formerly of' Miska; thence northerly along
said last mentioned: land the following two courses and distances: (1) North 6° 37' 50
East, 55.05 feet; (2) North 5° 24' 40" East, 69.98 feet to a point in the division
line between Lot 51 and Lot 52 on the above mentioned ,map; thence South 83' 22,' 10"
East along said division line, 201.47 feet to a point in the westerly side of Meadow
Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the grantor herein by deed

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
Sec 115.00 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first,for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
