WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improVetents.,thereou erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and, State of New York, known
and designated as Lot 24 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map
of Long Pond Estates, Section One, situate at Southold, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on December 27, 1985 as Map No. 8037, which said lot is more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Park Avenue distant 133.09 feet south—
erly from the extreme southerly end of a curve which connects the easterly side
of Park Avenue with the southerly side of Long Creek Drive said point also being
where the division line between Lots 10 and 24 as shown on said map intersects
the easterly side of Park Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along said division line. North 70 degrees 38 minutes 50
seconds East 265.11 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 14 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds East 152.00 feet;

the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
