upon the surrender to him of owner's Duplicate Certificate
of Title No. ,77460 cancel of record Certificate of Title No.
77460, on file in the Land Title Registration Bureau of his
office issued by him on August 18, 1943, to Henry J.
Steinbrecher and Virginia steinbrecher, covering the parcel
of land described,'as follows: ` 11 -w
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land
situated, lying and being at Nassau Point, Southold Town,
Suffolk County, New York, designated as Lot No. 270A on map
entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point" owned by Nassau
Point" owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. situated
in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York surveyed
6/28/1922 by Otto. W. Van Tuyl C.E. & S. , Greenport, New
York, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office 8/16/22,
File No. 156.
