SUBJECT to a mortgage made by the parties of the first part to

premises in the reduced sum of $13,344.46 and interest at the rate
of eight and one half percent per annum from December 8, 1980,
which the parties of the second part hereby assume and agree to pay.

the above described premises to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and

being at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein des-
cribed and at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of C.
H. Schimpf, said point of beginning being on the southerly line of a
Right of Way leading southerly and westerly from Sound Avenue and
which right of way at this point is 25 feet wide (and which right of
