seconds East 185.33 feet to a concrete monument ; from said point of

134.25 feet to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of

BEGINNING at the same monument marking the point of beginning

minutes 30 seconds East along the easterly line of said 24-foot right
of way known as Raccoon Road a distance of 125. 0 feet to a concrete
monument; running thence South 71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West
a distance of 12 feet to the center line of said 24 foot right of
way known as Raccoon Road; running thence North 18 degrees 07 minutes
30 seconds West along the center line of said 24-foot right of way
known as Raccoon Road a distance of 125 feet, more or less, running
thence North 71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
12 'feet to the monument set at the point or place of beginning.

SUBJECT however to the reservation by William H. Wertenberg, his
heirs , administrators, executors; successors, assigns and grantees
of a right of way for ingress and egress over such portions of said
24 foot right of way known as Raccoon Road above described and
conveyed, and
ALSO SUBJECT to, all existing rights of way heretofore reserved or
conveyed over said portions of said 24 foot right of way known as
Raccoon Road.
TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress in common with
all others now having or hereafter acquiring similar rights of way
over the following:
1 . A certain private road known as Miller 's Right of Way being
24 feet in width running in a generaleasterly direction from the
easterly side of Cox Neck Road (a public highway) to a, point. 1466. 05
feet, more or less, from said easterly side of Cox Neck Road.
2. A certain 24 foot private right of way known as Raccoon Road,
running from a point on the southerly side of said Miller ' s Right
of Wa South 18 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
j 570.3? feet.
3 . Another 24 foot right of way known as Beer Path Road, running
from a point on the southerly line of said Miller's Right of Way
South 22 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 449. 50 feet.
4. Another . 24 foot right of way known as Fox Hollow Road, running
South_ 71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds_ West a distance of 720.37
feet in a general East-West direction completely across the property
now or formerly of William H. Wertenberg.
5 . A certain parcel of land lying between the westerly end of the las
above mentioned 24 foot right of way known as Fox Hollow Road and
the shores of Mattituck Creek bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of said 24 foot
right of way known as Fox Hollow Road, which point is located North
71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 10. 06 feet
from the concrete monument set at the end of said Fox Hollow Road
at the southwesterly corner thereof; running thence South 12
degrees 07 minutes East, a distance of 244, 52 feet to a point;
running thence North 71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
of 60.87 feet to a concrete monument; running thence South 18 degrees
07 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 84 feet , more or less,
to the shores of Mattituck Creek; running thence in a general
westerly direction along the shores of Mattituck Creek, a distance
of 75 feet, more or less , to a point and lands formerly of Young;
running thence North 12 degrees 07 minutes West along said lands
formerly of Young, a distance of 305 feet, more or less , to a
concrete monument set on the southerly line of said 24 foot right of
way known as Fox Hollow Road; running thence North 71 degrees 52
minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly line of said Fox
Hollow Road, a distance of 10. 06 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
6. A certain parcel of land lying between the easterly end of the
.last above mentioned 24 foot right of way known as Fox Hollow Road
and the shores of Mattituck Creek bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point marking the easterly end of said 24 foot right
of way known as Fox Hollow Road at the southeasterly corner thereof
where the same isintersectedby the westerly line of premises now
or formerly of William G. Miller ; from thence South 22 degrees 32
minutes 20 seconds East along said land now or formerly of W.G. Mille]
a distance of 300 feet more or less to the shores of Mattituck Creek;
running thence westerly along the shores of Mattituck Creek a distance
of 50 feet more or less ; running thence North 18 degrees 07 minutes
30 seconds West across the beach to the foot of the bank; running
thence easterly along the foot of the bank and parallel with the
shores of Mattituck Creek a distance of 40 feet more or less to a
point which is distance 10 feet from the boundary line of the
premises now *or formerly of William G. Miller; running thence North
22 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds West to a point of the southerly
line of said 24 foot right of way known as Fox Hollow Road; running
thence North 67 degrees 30 minutes East along the southerly line of
said 24 foot right of way known as Fox Hollow Road a distance of
10 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
This is a correction deed given to correct the description in the
deed dated 12/26/68 , recorded 2/17/69, in the Suffolk County
Clerks Office in Liber 6505 page 498 .
