BEGINNING at a point on the west side of Bay Avenue where the same would be
intersected by the south line of Lot No. 112 if extended in a straight line westerly .
across Bay Avenue to the east side of Baldwin Creek.
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning westerly along said south line `of
