paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

of property now or formerly of George L. Penny;
THENCEina northerly direction along the easterly side of property

THENCE easterly to the eastern boundary of the property being
described ; )
THENCE in a southerly direction two hundred and twenty (220) feet
