The party of the second part together with Francis Greenburger
has simultaneously herewith executed and delivered a Purchase
Rooney Mortgage in the amount of $310; 000 . 00 encumbering the
I aforesaid described premises and another parcel of land
conveyed by Richard E. Young on today' s date to Francis
Greenburger and which is intended to be recorded simultaneously
" herewith.
Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
