THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2013-325 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
APRIL 23,2013:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute the Sponsor Concurrence to the Damage Survey Report of
the USDA's Natural Resource Conservation Service, Form SF-424 entitled "Application for
Federal Assistance", and any and all other related documents, relative to the request for funding
from the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for repair of damaged dikes on certain
agricultural parcels in the Town, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney.

PURPOSE:
To amend the original agreement to increase the estimated total construction cost due to the
completion of the final design and competitive bidding process.
Estimated total cost of construction for DSR S-TSH-01 [paragraph II and III(2)(b)], NRCS
Technical Assistance [paragraph III(2)(a) and V(1)(a)], NRCS Financial Assistance [paragraph
(III)(2)(b)(i) and V(1)(b)], and Sponsor cost-share [paragraph 1II(2)(b)(ii)] are herey revised as
follows:
Total Estimated Cost of Construction for S-TSH-01: $2,128,898.00
Sponsor Share FA: $532,224.50 (increase of $69,149.50)
NRCS Share FA: $1,596,673.50 (increase of $207,448.50)
NRCS Share TA: $159,667.35 (increase of $20,744.85)
This amendment also provided an extension of the performance time thru July 20, 2014.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
