now or formerly of L. Buckin formerly Rutkoski, which point is also distant 534.40 feet southerly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the westerly side of Sixth Street with the southerly side of Front Street and from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Sixth Street, South 7 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds West, 63.39 feet to
land now or formerly of Kruszeski;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 82 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds West, 171.44 feet to land now or formerly
of L. Moerland;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East, 63.39 feet to land now or formerly of
L. Buckin, formerly Rutkowski;

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or
has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the distributees or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
