PE-NC LLC, plaintiff, and George Castellanos, et al., defendants, foreclosing a mortgage
recorded on January 18, 2007, in the Office of the SUFFOLK County Clerk, in Liber
21454, Page 901, in pursuance to a judgment signed by Hon. John J.J. Jones Jr., on April
10, 2013, and entered in the Supreme Court of the County of SUFFOLK, State of New
York, under Index No. 3203012011, on April 23, 2013, and in consideration of the sum of
$230,000.00 paid out of the debt owed to the plaintiff, being the highest sum bid at the
sale under said judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto the GRANTEE,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, and all buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in SUFFOLK County, State of New York, more
particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto and made part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises described in Schedule A and hereby
conveyed unto the GRANTEE and its assigns, forever.
