WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of twenty thousand
paid by the party of the second part, does hereb dollars

or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING AT A POINT on the northeasterly side of Town Harbor Lane, distant
100.00 feet northwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
C?/_3.000 northerly side of Hoey Lane with the said northeasterly side of Town Harbor
Lane and from said point and place of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE, Along the said northeasterly side of Town Harbor Lane, North
- 33 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 111.47 feet;
THENCE, North 52 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance Of 350.75 feet;
THENCE, South 31 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 111.04 feet,
THENCE, South 52 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 348.52 feet
to the northeasterly side of Town Harbor Lane at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises as described in the Deed dated April 26, 1990, recorded
May 16, 1990, Liber 11068, Page 345.
This deed is recorded to show that Kevin Barr and Doreen Barr have transferred
their twenty-five percent (257) interest in said premises to Roger and Sharon
Sakowich, who now will retain a fifty percent (507) interest in said premises.
Robert A. Booth and Barbara Booth (his wife) , and Robert B. Booth still retain
twenty-five percent (257) interest as per the deed of April 26, 1990.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest. if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises:TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
Part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereoy
the said premises have been encumbered in er: ::ay..Fatever,except as aforesaid.
ANS the Yt.,:r of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
